SHIPPING POLICY

 

Free shipping on all orders over $300.00.

 

RMA REQUEST RELATED SHIPPING

 

For RMA requests due to product defect (as determined by MXS technical support):

 

  • Within 6 months or 180 days from the date of purchase, MXS will provide a paid return shipping label. MXS will pay the shipping cost of any items/replacements sent out, via standard ground shipping. Fed Ex, USPS or similar.

 

  • 181 days to 2yrs from the date of purchase, the buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping any defective items back to MXS. MXS will pay the shipping cost of any items/replacements sent back to the buyer, via standard ground shipping. Fed Ex, USPS or similar.

 

  • Any item received and determined by MXS technical support not to meet the ‘covered under warranty’ criteria will require the buyer to pay any and all associated shipping costs both to MXS and returning the item to the buyer.

 

  • In the event an item is sent in to MXS, and determined not covered under warranty, the buyer has 30 days make arrangements and pay any shipping cost to return the item back to the buyer. If shipping is not paid by the buyer MXS is not responsible for any item not returned to the buyer.

 

For RMA requests due to circumstances not covered by warranty (as determined by MXS technical support):

 

  • Any RMA requests for issues not covered under warranty, the buyer is responsible for all shipping related costs.  

 

For refund requests due to product defect (as determined by technical support):

 

  • Within 30 days MXS will provide paid return shipping label.

 

For refund requests for any reason other than product defect (as determined by MXS technical support):

 

  • Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs for any return request for items not determined to be defective by MXS technical support. Return requests not related to product defect may also be subject to 25% restocking fee.
